Class Registration Request Form

Our tuition page has all information needed for what payments are per class for each session.
All dancers must have a signed and filled out registration form and waiver for June 2024 through May 2025.
Every class will have a limit on the amount of dancers allowed.
All dancers must have all registration forms and waivers completed and signed upon arrival.
Team dancers amount of classes should reflect the amount of dances competing to stay on track with their training.
